Do target machines need a license?

No. The Runner is completely free. You only need a Builder license on the machine where you create and edit profiles.

What is Runner mode?

Runner mode lets you apply .baseconf profiles to any Windows machine — no license needed. It comes built into every Builder install and also works as a standalone portable exe.

Is the Personal license really one-time?

Yes. Pay once, use forever. No subscriptions, no renewal fees. You get all updates included.

What if my MSP subscription lapses?

The app reverts to Runner mode. All your existing .baseconf files still work — you just can't create new ones until you renew.

Can I upgrade from Personal to MSP?

Yes. Contact us and we'll credit your one-time purchase toward your first year of MSP.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?
